Royal gaitore is not so famous a place that you find it everywhere in every package, but it is worth seeing. Locals named it Gaitor Ki Chatriyan.
The chhatris have 20 pillars, and the main theme of the chattris is the carved flowers. The pillars are finely carved with flowers, and there is a statue of Apsara in the middle of the chattris. The corner element of every pillar is like an elephant's trunk. There is a lotus at the end of the pillar carved on the elements.
The plinth of the Gaitore features elephants, horses, and warriors in what appears to be a battle scenario. Their involvement in this Chhatri is justified, which says much about Maharajah Sawai Jai Singh II's character. He served as a Mansabdaar in the Mughal court, participated in numerous battles, and presided over Malwa for 13 years. He is regarded by historians as a foresighted, cunning, and intimidating leader.
It is about 15km from the city centre; it is good to go there directly by cab and get through all the sightseeing places nearby. You can go there by rickshaw and other means of transportation, but due to the weather condition and congested traffic, it is good that you book the car rental service from Vedanshi Cab!!!!
